This is me in Center City Philadelphia. My hair is longer now.
I'm Chasen, a software developer currently based in Philadelphia. I've been writing code professionally for over 4 years, and non-professionally quite a bit longer than that.
I focus on building intuitive and impactful user experiences on the web. For me, the most rewarding part of development is the collaborative process that happens outside of writing any code. I love brainstorming with designers, product folks, and other developers who care about creating something worthwhile. Seeing our collective ideas turn into working software never gets old.
I help organize the Philadelphia JavaScript Club, where we bring together developers of all skill-levels for monthly meetups, talks and community-building. Join us at our next meetup!
